AIR BITOLA (www.airbitola.com) is operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd, 35, Basement, Basant Lok Market, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we handle when you use the site. We have written it to match how the site actually works today, and we will update it when that changes.
1. What we do not do
- There are no visitor accounts or logins on AIR BITOLA.
- We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal information.
- We do not take payments.
2. Information our servers record automatically
Like most websites, our web server records basic technical details of each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. We use these to keep the site running, investigate errors and protect it from abuse. Your IP address is also held briefly in our server’s memory to apply fair-use limits on flight searches and charter requests; it is not written to a database. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for these purposes.
3. Flight searches
When you search for fares, the route, dates, number of adults and cabin you choose are sent to our fare data provider (Scrappa, or SerpApi as a backup) to fetch prices from Google Flights data. No name, phone number or other personal detail is sent. Identical searches may be kept in our server’s memory for up to 10 minutes so they do not have to be fetched again.
4. Charter requests
If you send a private charter request, you give us your trip details, name and mobile number, and optionally a WhatsApp number, email address and notes. With your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, we pass these details directly to BookAir (www.bookair.in), our private charter and air ambulance marketplace, also operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd, so it can contact you with quotes. AIR BITOLA does not keep a copy of these details; our server only records whether BookAir received the request and the booking ID it returned. From that point BookAir handles your information under its own privacy policy.
5. Aircraft listings
If you submit an aircraft for sale, we store what you enter, including your name, role, company, email, phone, serial number and photo links, in a private file on our own server so we can review the listing and contact you. Only the aircraft details you chose to make public, and the listing ID, appear on the site, and only after we approve them. Your contact details, serial number and photo links are never published; buyers reach you through us by quoting the listing ID. Only AIR BITOLA staff with the review password can see submissions. We keep a submission while the listing is under review or live and for up to 12 months after it is rejected, sold or withdrawn, unless you ask us to delete it sooner at ops@airbitola.com.
6. Emails you send us
If you write to ops@airbitola.com, we use your message and contact details only to reply and deal with your request.
7. Third-party services
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
- External links: links to DGCA, Google Flights, airlines, BookAir and other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
8. Public data on this site
The flight school and directory pages show organisations’ names, locations, approval numbers and fleets taken from documents published by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). We do not republish the personal phone numbers, emails or names of individuals that appear in those documents. If you represent a listed organisation and something is wrong, write to us with the DGCA source and we will correct it.
9. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and raise a grievance. Because we keep very little, most requests about charter details are best directed to BookAir, which holds them. Write to ops@airbitola.com and we will respond as required by law.
