1. What AIR BITOLA is
AIR BITOLA is an information and discovery service for aviation in India. It is not an airline, aircraft operator, travel agent, flight school or maintenance organisation. It does not sell tickets, issue bookings or take payments.
2. Flight fares
Fares are taken from Google Flights data through third-party providers at the time shown on the results. They are indicative: prices, seats and schedules change, and some airlines may be missing or only partly shown. A fare shown here is not an offer from us or from the airline. Always confirm price, baggage, fare rules and availability with the airline or seller before you book.
3. Flight school and directory information
This information comes from documents published by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), with the source and its date shown on each page. We copy it carefully but cannot guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, and organisations’ approvals, bases and fleets change. A listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Before paying fees, booking a flight or relying on an organisation, confirm its current approval with DGCA and the organisation itself.
4. Charter requests
Charter requests are passed to BookAir (www.bookair.in), also operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd, which arranges quotes from operators holding a DGCA Non-Scheduled Operator Permit. Sending a request does not create a booking or any obligation. Any charter is governed by the quote you accept and BookAir’s own terms, and the flight is operated by the permitted operator, not by AIR BITOLA.
5. Aircraft listings
Sellers must own the aircraft or be authorised by its owner, and must describe it accurately. We review every listing before it is published and may decline, edit for clarity or remove any listing. Listings are seller-provided and not independently verified by AIR BITOLA. Buyers should arrange their own pre-purchase inspection, title and registration checks before paying anything. AIR BITOLA is not a party to any sale.
6. Fair use
Please use the site for personal or business research. Do not overload it, scrape it in bulk, try to get around search or request limits, send false or other people’s details, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access that harms the site or other users.
7. Content and trademarks
The site’s design, text and code belong to Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd. Government data remains subject to its source’s terms. Airline, operator and organisation names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Photographs on the site are illustrative and do not show specific aircraft or services on offer.
8. Links to other sites
We link to DGCA, Google Flights, airlines, BookAir and others. We are not responsible for their content, services or practices.
9. Limits of responsibility
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on fares, data or listings shown here, from third-party services, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
